HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1
Get an estimate of your part in just a few clicks by clicking the "I SELL" button.
Step 2
If the offer suits you, simply drop off your package at La Poste using our prepaid return label received by email.
Step 3
If the item matches the provided information, you will immediately receive a voucher valid for new items on the Ines de la Fressange Paris website or for second-hand pieces via the "I BUY" button.
Step 4
The returned item will then be put back on sale and available in the "I BUY" section so that it can find a second life.

The condition of the returned item affects the value of the offered voucher. Here are the different conditions accepted by our partner Paradigme: New with tag - New without tag - Very good condition - Good condition. If during the inspection by Paradigme the item does not match the provided information, the voucher may be reassessed or canceled.
The item is inspected, refurbished, and photographed by our partner Paradigme. It is then resold on their e-shop to give it a second life.
Once received, your item is inspected by Paradigme. If it matches the information entered on the site, you immediately receive a voucher valid for new items on our site or for second-hand items on Paradigme depending on your choice. This gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of validation. The code must be entered directly on the payment page.
You have a right of withdrawal with Paradigme within fourteen days following the date of receipt or collection of the order. Upon receipt of the return, Paradigme commits without delay to check the returned items and confirm acceptance of the return. Acceptance of the return constitutes agreement for the refund. You will be refunded by Paradigme and the return costs (€5.90) will be directly deducted from the refund.
