How to make a return?
Step #1
Click on the link below and enter your order number preceded by a # (without the IN) so that we can generate your return label. The order number is on the Delivery Note placed inside your order. During the process, we will ask you the reason for your return and whether you want to proceed with an exchange, request a refund, or a Voucher (financially more advantageous).
Step #2
Once you have received the return label, print it and then prepare your package: 1/ Stick the printed return label on the outside of the package. 2/ Fill out the paper return form included in the package, indicating your order number (found on the Delivery Note inside your order) and place this form inside the package you will be shipping.
Step #3
When your package is ready, you can ship it. Note that for France, you have received a prepaid return label, so you just need to go to a post office and drop off your package there.
Questions FAQ
You have 14 days from the day after the date you receive your package to return or exchange your items, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with their original tags and packaging.
To return an item, follow the procedure described in the "return a purchase" section.
The customer is responsible for keeping the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost returned items.
⚠️ In accordance with our return policy, leather goods, beauty products, perfumes, books, and canvas tote bags cannot be returned.
As soon as we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets the conditions (unused item, not worn, not washed, not damaged with its original tag and packaging), depending on the choice you made (and availability in case of exchange), you will receive a new product (exchange), a refund, or a Gift Voucher (financially advantageous), usually within 10 days after product inspection.
